Dear customer, The Equipe team are pleased to announce that after an extremely busy development period, we are now able to return to classroom-based training.
We will now be opening our training facilities back up to deliver in-person training courses. The courses will have reduced delegate numbers in order to facilitate appropriate social distancing measures, and we have added extra increased hygiene facilities and sanitising stations to minimise the potential for any disease transmission.
Online courses will still be offered if and when required and bespoke online courses can be arranged and delivered via the Zoom Video Conferencing platform – please contact us for further details on this. All upcoming dates for our courses can be found here.
We are also delighted to announce the launch of a new on-demand online training venture called GEO Academy. The platform features a number of short-form, modular technical courses that are available to customers anytime, anywhere. Our main office is now back open and we are also still able to carry out SPT Calibrations, LOLER Inspections and other on-site assessments.

Below are Equipe Training's Terms and Conditions for booking and paying for courses online through our Worldpay Service, including our refund policy:
All fees must be received at least one week prior to the event/course.
If bookings are made less than one week until the event/course is due to take place, then payment must be immediate.
Equipe reserves the right to change the content of the event/course, including speakers, without notice but will try to inform attendees of any material changes.
Equipe reserves the right to cancel an event or course if under subscribed. In the event of an event or course being undersubscribed, Equipe will inform any registered attendees at least 5 days prior to the event taking place.
Should an event or course be cancelled for any reason, Equipe will accept no responsibility or liability for any pre-paid travel or accomodation fees for attending delegates.
Any payments made for a course/event cancelled by Equipe will be refunded or can be used to prioritise places on the next available course/event.
Refunds and/or revocation of invoice(s) will be available for booking cancellations, providing that notification is given at least 14 days before the course is due to commence OR providing that the cancellation is within 7 days of making the initial booking, unless the booking was made within 7 days of the course delivery date, in which case payment will be due in full.
Course/Event bookings are transferable to other delegates or other dates upon request, provided the request is made at least 7 days prior to the course taking place. If the request is received later than this, the non-attendance will be treated as a cancellation and will be charged as such with full payment due.
If any delegates have any special dietary requirements, they must let Equipe know at least 48 hours in advance of their event or course date in order to ensure that their requirements can be met.
