Below are Equipe Group's Terms and Conditions for booking and paying for services online through our Worldpay Service, including our refund policy:
All fees must be received at least one week prior to the service.
Equipe reserves the right to change the content of the service, without notice but will try to inform clients of any material changes.
Any payments made for a service cancelled by Equipe will be refunded or can be used to prioritise places on the next available date for the service to be carried out.
Refunds will be available for cancellations, providing that it is within 7 days of making the booking.
